County Kildare LEADER Partnership: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Part-Time)
County Kildare LEADER Partnership implements the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) and Rural Development Programme in County Kildare under contract to Kildare Local Community Development Committee (LCDC).
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will report to the General / Social Inclusion Manager and will coordinate the monitoring and evaluation requirements of programmes delivered by County Kildare LEADER Partnership with an emphasis on SICAP and the Rural Development Programme. A key focus of the work will be on the quantitative and qualitative monitoring systems for SICAP.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant third level qualification, have proven experience of working in a similar role and have a very good knowledge of supports available in County Kildare to local communities.
S/he will be a self-starter, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, very good IT skills excellent project management skills and have the flexibility and ability to work with the voluntary sector. A knowledge of the IRIS CRM system would be desirable.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT and report writing skills, good interpersonal and communication skills and a proven track record in carrying out research and/or evaluation work. A full person specification is available.
A fixed term contract will be offered with salary commensurate to experience.
