“I really enjoyed completing the portfolios and all the work involved, as I feel very prepared to work within any retail environment now. I have made lifelong friends during the course with similar goals as myself to work in as Retail Sales Assistant.  The course was delivered at a relaxed pace, it was very enjoyable and as we got to know each other well and so, we were able to have a laugh and a chat”.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Aimee Genockey

I really enjoyed this course as I found myself learning new skills every day and this helped me step by step to achieve my goals.  I gained a lot of confidence in myself while my classmates and I worked as a team. Our co-ordinators were also very supportive in helping us to reach our full potential.  The modules on this course have prepared me for all situations while working in a retail environment. I have gained the confidence and communication skills required to effectively perform excellent customer service”.
