The Course will be led by Karl Duffy, County Kildare Leader Partnership. Karl has a Masters Degree in Psychology and for many years worked as a therapist in Private Practice. He has also lectured in Psychology at the University of Webster, St Louis Geneva Campus. Karl has been practicing Mindfulness Meditation for 15 years, having completed the teacher training path in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)  with University of Massachusetts Memorial Center for Mindfulness. He began this training with Jon Kabat Zinn and completed it with the Senior trainers at the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. He has taught MBSR to many groups in Europe and Ireland over the past 13 years. Karl maintains a daily blog to support meditation practice, and this was voted one of the “Top 50 Mindfulness Blogs on the Planet” in 2020
