County Kildare LEADER Partnership is the Programme Implementer contracted by Kildare Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) to deliver the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) 2018 -2023.

County Kildare LEADER Partnership invites quotes from suitably qualified organisations and individuals for the provision of In Person, Online and Blended courses in our SICAP programme 2022-2023:

  1. Career Skills:

Targeted at unemployed people seeking to return to the workforce. The course is delivered three mornings per week over an eight-week period. Quotations are sought for delivery of the full course content: Personal Development, Manual Handling, Basic First Aid, Career Preparation module to QQ1 Level 3. Each participant will also receive a professional CV as part of the programme delivery.

The successful bidder will provide a CV service for unemployed individuals referred from CKLP and will be required to provide a free consultation to clients as well as the production of a professional CV. Tenders should outline the service to be offered with an inclusive fee to cover consultation and preparation of each CV.

  1. Interview Skills:

        Instructing on interview skills and carrying out mock interviews with individuals, providing feedback and guidance.

Quotes will be evaluated on the following criteria:

  • Structure and quality of the quote

  • Quote price and value for money

  • Technical capacity

  • Experience and qualifications

  • Contract follow up and customer care.

All quote should contain: 1. Quote price per course; 2. Current tax clearance certificate; 3. Professional Indemnity Insurance; 4. Evidence of previous experience; 5. Programme Content; 6. Addressed to SICAP Programme

On successful selection a Contract for Services and GDPR Processing Agreement will be for issued for a two-year period 2022-2023.


Please Note:  Self Employed – As per Revenue Circular 2019 all invoices from Self Employed lecturers/teachers/trainers should be paid net of statutory deductions for income tax.

This requires all Self Employed to be entered into the payroll system of CKLP each month, all statutory reductions will be deducted and paid to Revenue by CKLP monthly.
